Staff
Gilwell 24 needs about 500 staff during the event for the participants and leaders to get the most out of the event. A number of these staff are commercial providers who provide specialist activities and equipment the rest are volunteers who attend on there own or with teams we recruit.
We are always looking for more staff either with activity skills or who are prepared to work hard to help make the event happen. An advanced party arrives to start the preparations for the event on the Saturday prior to the actual event and then continues to work through the week. We ideally need about 15 people to work for Gilwell 24 during this build week

We are looking to fill several roles
External Logistics
We are looking for a team or individual to take on trying to co-ordinate transport to the event for groups from around the country. This person will help co-ordinate coach / truck transport reducing costs and reducing the number of vehicles that need to be parked onsite.
