Will there be offsite car parking?
Yes! Due to the size of the event and to ensure we can make best use of our space and facilities onsite we will be making arrangements with the Corporation of London to hire the car park on Chingford Plains.
Groups will be able to drop off people and equipment only on site and will then need to move all vehicles to the offsite car park. Parking permits for the offsite car park will be included in your electronic confirmation pack. A regular mini bus shuttle at peak times will connect the site, offsite parking and train station.
Groups travelling light are welcome to arrive directly at the offsite parking area and light bags and equipment can be taken with you on the shuttle minibus.
The offsite car park will be lit and staffed by external security for the duration of the event.
